In
your letter 2 May 1989, see below, you stated I was not entitled to a response;
I challenge that, please e-mail immediately your practice guidelines of 1985 to
2003.
I
also challenge that you conducted a full review of the material as stated in
your letter.
I see
that you used the standard 'in my opinion' escape clause, but please explain
how there was nothing to justify a charge of perjury or any other charge.
