The
public spat between the Premier and Member for Hammond Peter Lewis has
been nothing but a national embarrassment for South Australia.
|
|
|
The extract that causes
my email to you is:
“Until
Peter Lewis produces his evidence of 30 years of malfeasance into the police
and judiciary, the public is entitled to be sceptical. This
should be available for public scrutiny before it is conveniently pushed
off to another inquiry.”
I
do not know what evidence Peter Lewis has but I have plenty on the judiciary,
some is on my websites.
I
am drafting a letter to the Governor which points to the SA cronyism, I
add that draft to the foot of this email.
My
websites are still under construction but there is much that you can read
to see that South Australia has a disgraceful record of judicial corruption,
particularly under King CJ.

passing, It appears to me that your Shadow Attorney General is the same
Robert Lawson who is involved in the Case History entitledEffective
Law Reform Model - Exposing The Spin Doctors.As
it happens, Mr
Lawson unwittingly produced a document, that Simon Lane had, but concealed
at my trial; please read all about it and respond.
My
problem started when Labor's Sumner was Attorney-General and Labor's King
and White were judges.Peter Lewis
was my Liberal MP.I assume the Supreme Court is OK now with John Doyle
as CJ.Trevor Griffin could have
done more to clean up this scandal.Perhaps
Labor's present Attorney-General will do the job.Robert
Lawson was briefed by the Tax Office and was my opponent.I
accept that Lawson was following the brief given him and that he acted
honourably.
Lawson
should be able to remember producing the memo that I said at the time I
had not seen before.If the Liberals
are honourable you will assist me to nail Simon Lane who should be jailed
for a very long time.
I
do not know what has happened to Robert Semmens.I
am OK and I hope he is too.
I
expect Lawson to do his duty now and to act to have the crony protection
of Matheson exposed and corrected and for our convictions to be quashed.
