We cannot have full employment without a correct money supply, which we cannot have with corrupt law. Then to give everyone a job, every Nation and State needs an Opal Lands Waterway type scheme AND to properly look after their children and their old people.

Then why have terrorism and wars? No Reason: So lock up the terrorists and the warmongers.

There are three ways of getting there.

The interest earned from the National/State Savings Scheme (see Money Solution).
The real estate gains from the Opal lands Waterway type development AND
The power supply gains etc from the Hydrogen Economy .

South Australia is the first target as that corrupt State owes me enormous compensation that I have not been able to collect. To collect that debt I need the support of the voters of South Australia. To warrant that support I show here that the majority of South Australians will be better off with a HELP Government than they have been under Labor and Liberal Governments over the past forty years.

Australia also owes me huge compensation that I will also happily share if HELP becomes the Australian Government.

Lord Hutton has made Britain the second target for HELP. Here we have a wonderful example of courtroom transparency and a spun judgment. Britain would become the absolute World Leader again under a HELP Government.

Australia and The US would make the World better if they had a HELP Government. The present systems of governments are like badly built old buildings; bring in the ‘HELP bulldozer’ and build upwards from the solid foundations of Highly Effective Law Reform, the Money Solution and Hydrogen.

To gain World support in terms of money and personal effort let us assume the freehold value the land I want in South Australia, as compensation, is $100m. A fair sharing of that would be 100 shares for every Free Member of HELP and one (I) share for every $1 donated to HELP.

To win Government I estimate that HELP needs 100,000 Free Members from anywhere in the World and $10m cash in donations for accounting costs and for general advertising to the South Australian voters. To be an officially recognized Australian political party HELP must have at least 500 members who are registered voters. When HELP is an official political party AND 50 or more HELP Members living in an Electorate select one Candidate to represent them in Parliament they will be entitled to a share of the general advertising fund. The Candidates will select their Leader.

Citizens Initiated Referenda (CIR) will be incorporated enabling the voters to remove bad leaders and to create or abolish laws.

I do not want to earn any income from HELP. I want HELP to be the South Australian Government and for my compensation to be settled by the State of South Australia and then shared between Free Members of HELP, Donors and me, as suggested above.

Then with South Australia as a paradigm for government HELP will help all people in the World achieve good government and World Peace.
