Sufficient Law
Any
community that does not have a law to provide human rights is uncivilised.
When
the Law is corrupt, all is corrupt.
Do you live in an uncivilised State?
You
can help to ensure the people elect a government that will enact a Human
Rights Act (there is new UK Human Rights legislation as from October 2000 ) http://www.lcd.gov.uk/hract/hramenu.htm
Australia
does not have a Human Rights Act.
One
question is: are existing Australian Common Law mechanisms corrupted?
The Freedom web site, providing
evidence of corruption, is being revised; it will show:
1.Common Law in
Australia is not sound
2. There is
cronyism in South Australia
3.Not all
Australians have the basic human right of receiving a fair trial, and
accordingly, Australian Common Law mechanisms ARE corrupted.
Effective Law
Reform.
The
unfair trial situation is at the heart of the world wide legal malaise. Courts select what they want to hear to enable them to
make the decision they want to make.
Truth
is distorted with: Perjury - Fabricating Evidence - Cover-up - and - Corrupt
Administration.
There
is an Internet Solution. As an example, The Australian Government has an
excellent `SCALES plus' website. I searched for cases involving me. I found JOHN
ROBERTSON v FERGUSON (PHILIPS INDUSTRIES PTY LTD) that records my early business and
litigation experiences. This is
Case 1 when you search in `SCALES Plus' for Australian Industries
Preservation Act. (Anti-Monopoly Law)The case was commenced in 1967.In an
earlier case, my company was awarded damages against Philips for their breach
of contract (decision of Travers J of the Supreme Court of South Australia,
21 June 1965) - this case is not on the internet.
I
found other cases involving me. With my practical experience as a
litigant, witness and advocate at Tribunal Cases, I recommend that
Australia expands its 'SCALE plus' website to encompass ALL that goes before
the Courts AND that ALL Nations do likewise.
That
would be Effective Law Reform. My Freedom website provides
first-hand Case History details, but it needs tidying up; it should all be
done by December 2002. You will
be able to see what can already be gleaned from the internet and how
corruption is already exposed.
