The Conspiracy
Calaby & Thorpe;
- Thorpe
asked me five times if I knew ‘such and such’ different company and five
times I answered ‘No.’ (Two company names were Warszawa Pty Ltd and
Amazonas (1979) Pty Ltd)
- Peter
Calaby and Barbara Anne Thorpe, Senior Investigators for SA’s Corporate
Affairs Commission, conspired to falsify the record of interview between
Thorpe and me, John William Robertson.
- Thorpe,
on Calaby’s advice, upon returning to her office unstapled her hand
written record, rewrote several pages of questions and several pages of
answers, omitting and changing several material passages including all
references to the five companies.
- Thorpe
then re-stapled the pages and had the record typed.
- At
that time her action did not matter as she ceased working on the file
soon afterwards.
- The
original pages contain an extra set of staple
holes.
