Something new has occurred to me.  In 1983 Calaby told Thorpe to rewrite some pages of her interview with me before sending her notes to the typing pool.  Then Thorpe stopped her work on the matter.

A year later Lane picked up the file and started to vigorously work on the matter.  Lane read the typed record of interview so did not know I had been asked five times if I knew certain companies and that five times I said, 'No'

Lane was under instructions to prosecute me.  If Lane had read the true record of interview he would not have started the prosecution, for how could I have helped to carry on the business of five companies I did not even know?

So Thorpe and Calaby deceived Lane and probably others in CAC. 

If there had not been the Calaby led conspiracy to fabricate the record of the interview, no prosecution would have started.

It took me a long time to work out what they had done and then suddenly I thought to look for extra set of staple holes.  Thorpe certainly committed the perjury but it would not have happened if her superior, Calaby, had not first of all told her to do the fabrication.

Go ahead, tell me how her perjury was not a material issue.  Certainly the conspiracy to fabricate evidence was even more material, as that happened at the start and the perjury only happened in the end, as the truth began to emerge.

Please e-mail by return to tell me that you are properly applying your mind to this matter and that the quashing of our convictions is under way.

So Rofe has not answered any of my emails and the Governor's Minister has not advised her.

They have set it up for me to go to Europe's Human Rights Court for me being denied a fair trial and the S A Government doing nothing to fix it.

The trouble is, I have not the money to do that, but I should be able to get legal aid.  Do you know a lawyer interested in putting my case to Europe?But probably SA Legal Aid will not pay for a Case heard in Europe.

In any event, I am going to change gear and try again to earn some money on the Internet for legal costs. Everything tried on the Web so far, has been all experience and no income! 

STEP 2

An alternative is to beat them at the ballot box and take over SA! 

I am thinking of the DeScumSA Party instead of the Quick Fix Party. 

Any ideas?
